MAIN TASKS AND REPOSABILITIES
- Support international mobility processes, including visa management, relocation logistics, compensation packages, and legal compliance.
- Assist recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring the effective integration of both local and international talent.
- Provide ongoing support to leaders and expatriate employees through query resolution, case follow-up, and continuous assistance.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on cultural integration, diversity, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external providers, including immigration consultants and relocation service partners.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis, including mobility reports, HR KPIs, and process performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external labor regulations, including global mobility compliance standards.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
- Promote employee wellbeing by implementing programs and initiatives that support health, engagement, and overall wellness.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Advanced English
- 5 to 7 years in HR roles
- Experience in international mobility or multinational companies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of immigration and labor legislation
- Analytical capacity and data management
- Collaborative work and solution-oriented approach
