Group Structure

Glencore has three principal business segments: Metals and Minerals, Energy Products and Agricultural Products, each of which comprises constituent commodity departments.

Each commodity department is responsible for managing the global production, marketing, sourcing, hedging, logistics and industrial investment activities relating to its particular commodities.

The senior managers of each commodity department are an integral part of our senior management team.
