My name is Suzan Portia Phalane, founder of Sue Phalane Trading and Projects, 
dedicated to redefining excellence in my industry. I have spent years making my 
mark by delivering the very best with determination and strategic partnerships.

We are based in Rustenburg, specialising in civil engineering, building construction, and more. We implement projects that transform communities.

When Glencore advertised a tender for the construction of the Tshukudu Multipurpose Centre within the community, I was determined to take on the challenge. They recognised my potential, and through our collaboration, we successfully constructed the centre, which now includes a youth facility, a sports court, and a satellite police station.

Glencore opened doors to bigger opportunities, expanding my company’s capabilities and reputation. Today, I mentor young women, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed.

My goal? To achieve a CIDB Grade 9 rating and empower more women in construction.
