Senzo Vilakazi

I am Senzo Vilakazi, the founder of Bacothule Trading, a logistics and industrial equipment venture established in 2017 in Witbank.

Inspired by a radio ad and powered by a desire to make a meaningful impact, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, founding Bacothule Trading. 

Glencore entered my story in 2021 as a partner for equipment cleaning and maintenance services. They not only provided a steady stream of work but also helped us build credibility in the industry.

I’ve since been able to employ over 40 people, providing opportunities and making a real difference in my community. Glencore has also assisted us in streamlining our processes and improving our service offerings, which has been instrumental to our growth.

We also invest in initiatives like funding music schools and supplying computers to schools in the area, aiming to shape a brighter future for the next generation.
