I’m Tumelo Mampuru, founder of Lilian & Wilson, an engineering company specialising in construction and plant maintenance. My journey began at Glencore, and with their encouragement and support, my company was propelled into their initiatives such as ring-fencing and GIBS. I learned vital business skills, like finance and marketing management, which helped me revolutionise our approach.
