Armour Yourself: Safety Campaign

In 2023, we initiated the Armour Yourself video series to enhance safety, as a core value for Glencore.

We are passionate about the safety of our workers - not only are they the pillars of the organisation, but they are also the backbone of the communities they live in; making their safety our utmost priority. 

The aim of the Armour Yourself campaign emphasizes the importance of workplace safety, utilizing hazard management plans and engaging employees through impactful messaging. By partnering with some of our employees' loved ones, this video series reinforces our commitment to safety, ultimately working towards a significant reduction in accidents and fatalities.
