Our commercial programmes are designed to accelerate the careers of outstanding graduates who have an entrepreneurial outlook and a genuine interest in the world of commodities trading.

Our US commercial graduate programme offers you an opportunity to kickstart a career in the fast-paced world of commodities trading. Over two years, you will support trading desks in a wide range of functions and could work with a varied range of functions, including Traffic, Risk, Middle Office, Business Development and Operations. Your day-to-day role will also give you the opportunity to gain exposure to essential trade activities. You can expect to work on operational support, risk, futures contract execution and P&L monitoring.

We have an impressive depth of talent and experience in our teams, and you will learn continuously from the experienced commodities professionals around you. Whether your ambition is to build a career as a commodities trader or build a successful career in the wider commercial environment at Glencore, you will have regular opportunities to showcase your skills and learn from senior members of the team.
