Our commercial programmes are designed to accelerate the careers of outstanding graduates who have an entrepreneurial outlook and a genuine interest in the world of commodities trading.

Our corporate roles offer graduates the opportunity to develop their expertise within an operational specialism, while gaining experience in a fast-paced commodities environment. In past years, these have included Finance and Compliance positions. We are not accepting applicants for this programme currently, please check back in 2026. 

Designed to accelerate your career in the commodities trading, technology, engineering, or environmental science spheres, this 12-month placement programme is a unique opportunity for talented undergraduates to gain exposure to the world-class people and careers on offer at Glencore. You will be given your own areas of responsibility and have the opportunity to contribute to the work of the business from day one.
