We are seeking a Document Controller / Project Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane.  The role of the Project Support Officer covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the project’s objectives. The Project Support Officer enables the smooth running of the project by supporting the project manager through the operation of project management processes, and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf. The Project Support Officer is responsible for helping to achieve the business outcomes that are important to Glencore Technology.

 You will be responsible for:

  • Managing project documentation and document control processes to support the successful delivery of engineering and technology projects.
  • Receive, upload and download documents to client portals and document management systems.
  • Ensure document traceability and compliance with procedures and client requirements.
  • Supporting project teams through the coordination of documentation, reporting, and administrative activities.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a Document Control role within Engineering, Mining, Construction, or EPCM environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical documentation, drawing registers, document revisions, and document management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with document management systems such as M-Files, Aconex, SharePoint, Coreworx, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
