International Women's Day 2021

This International Women's Day, we've been talking with a range of inspiring and entrepreneurial women from across the Group to hear their stories, experiences and views on equality in the workplace. 

Not only did they share who inspires them in their daily lives, but they also highlighted the importance of equality and the support they receive at Glencore. This year's theme is #ChooseToChallenge, aligning with our desire to create an inclusive culture for all.
