Completion of review of Russian business activities

Glencore continues to condemn the actions taken by the Russian government against the people of Ukraine.

Further to the statement issued on 1 March, Glencore will not enter into any new trading business in respect of Russian origin commodities unless directed by the relevant government authorities.

Glencore will continue to honour its legal obligations under pre-existing contracts, subject to meeting all applicable sanctions in accordance with our Sanctions Policy and where it is feasible and safe to perform these contracts.

Glencore has completed the review of its equity stakes in En+ and Rosneft. Glencore holds a 10.55% stake in EN+ and a 0.57% investment in Rosneft. Glencore has concluded that there is no realistic way to exit these stakes in the current environment. Glencore has no Board or Management representation at En+ or Rosneft.

Glencore continues to monitor the situation. Further updates will be issued as appropriate.
