Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Glencore announces that its 2019 AGM will be held at Theater-Casino Zug, Artherstrasse 2–4, Switzerland on 9 May 2019 at 11 a.m. Central European Summer Time.

For this purpose, the following documents are being posted or made available to shareholders from today:

  • Notice of 2019 AGM; and
  • Form of Proxy for the AGM.

Glencore will today submit to the UK Storage Mechanism a copy of this AGM Notice in accordance with LR 9.6.1R. The AGM Notice will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism:
