On 7 May 2020, Glencore announced that the AGM this year will be a closed meeting and that it will provide an opportunity for shareholder engagement prior to the AGM by way of a live audio webcast on Thursday, 28 May 2020.
The details of how to register for the webcast and submit questions are now available on Glencore’s website: www.glencore.com/investors/shareholder-centre/agm
The registration will remain open until Wednesday, 27 May 2020 at 12.00 CEST.
