We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join our Compliance Monitoring team at our headquarters in Baar

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

Contribute to the delivery of the Annual Monitoring Plan by analysing compliance sensitive transactions resulting from our data analytics programme on ERP systems and trading platforms.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a team player, eager to join one of the commodity industry leading companies and willing to specialize in compliance monitoring/auditing and internal control assessment

  • Is detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure

  • Has strong analytical skills

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with max 1-2 years of experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English proficiency)

  • Good know-how in using IT applications (in particular, Ms Excel and Ms Word)

  • Previous experience in accounting or auditing is a plus
