Opportunity
Responsible for operating CoTalker for the company capital project environment, this role involves automating business processes (process design), ensuring system efficient and safe, and adapting to new policies or business processes through customization. In regards of the magnitudes and assigned resources (Budget M$USD, people, equipment, others), he/she will oversee large-scale automation projects. This position will report to the Project Systems Lead within the Information Systems Management area and she/he should maintain key relationships with Project services teams and Business process managers.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain CoTalker system integrations with existing infrastructure.
- Design and implement automated workflows and processes.
- Oversee system backup and recovery strategies.
- Customize and configure the system as per new business processes and policies.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits.
- Have the authority to provide automation strategies and make critical technical decisions.
- Bachelor’s in computer science/IT and certification in CoTalker preferrable
- 3-4 years in system administration
- Expertise in CoTalker systems
- Automation and scripting skills
- System backup and recovery planning
- Adaptability to policy changes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Must have*)
- Travel required to sites, offices, etc. - occasional
