EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING P1 & P2
EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING P1 & P2

Applications are invited for Practical Trainees who need to complete their P1 and P2 requirements in the following disciplines:

• Metallurgy
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

To be considered for the opportunities, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Grade 12.
• National Diploma (S4).
• Preference will be given to applicants residing in the local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located – proof of residence to be submitted with application.
• Selection will be in line with the Employment Equity requirements of the Company
• Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to assessment and interviews as part of the selection process.

The Practical Training Programme will cover the following:

• Experiential learning for a 12-month period to assist the practical trainee in obtaining his/her relevant Diploma.
• The Company offers a monthly stipend.
