We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Services Partner to lead a small team (still to be hired) and oversee HR Services delivery across the APAC region. This role is responsible for operational oversight, governance, and risk management of outsourced HR services, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for employees and managers across multiple jurisdictions for the employee lifecycle and administrative tasks.
The HR Services Partner will act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders, driving service excellence when managing the employee lifecycle. Current APAC coverage includes Singapore, China, Indonesia, India, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines (scope: 19 entities, circa 900 employees). In the future, the role may expand to other regions and provide support for AMERICAS, EMEA & LATAM.
Primary Task & Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a team (initially planned to add 2 headcounts), provide training and plan for resourcing.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and related documentation across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.
- Deliver HR administrative documents on time, in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes:
- Onboarding: coordinate with Talent Acquisition, initiate hires in Workday, schedule induction, and support IT/Office Services for logistics.
- Offboarding: process terminations in Workday, complete documentation, and ensure access revocation.
- Transfers: support onboarding/offboarding for intercompany moves.
- Initiate and process all employee transactions in Workday (new hires, exits, changes) within payroll deadlines.
- Raise and track tickets/escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Run and validate Workday reports (monthly/quarterly) to maintain data accuracy.
- Collect required documents and follow up on payroll-critical activities.
- Respond to employee and manager queries via HR service channels (email, portal, ticketing system).
- Maintain digital personnel files and ensure Workday records are accurate; conduct regular audits.
- Provide HR support, escalate complex issues to Regional Leads, and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
- Support implementation of global HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, improve Workday functionality, and enhance service delivery.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR services role, with regional or multi-country support responsibilities.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ticketing solutions, HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SucessFactors) etc.
