In this role, you will:
- Provide support for performance management, succession planning, leadership, inclusive workplace, and learning programs.
- Answer program and process related questions from a diverse audience.
- Provide reporting functionality for Talent Management programs as required.
- Help develop visual and written communication materials for a variety of audiences.
- Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
- Management of data files on the Talent Management SharePoint site.
- Support Talent Management project innovation for key initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Motivated self-starter: able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in analyzing information to support informed decision-making.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Experience with Success Factors, SAP, or software such as Power BI would be an asset.
- Prior work experience would be considered an asset.
