Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO In-House Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role will involve ensuring the integrity of financial data and optimizing financial processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements and enhance financial reporting.
- Manage and optimize complex solutions that are both standard and bespoke, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial data and system interfaces.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, new functionalities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a focus on complex interfaces.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., IDoc, BAPIs, RFC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
