HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the General Foreman - Surface Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning various projects related to this sector. Your main duties will be :

  • Carry out weekly operational planning of services for the supervisory team, considering changing weather conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinate all sector-related projects in partnership with supervisors.
  • Manage schedules using the existing system.
  • Participate in meetings with various collaborators from other sectors such as maintenance, mining operations and the tailings management team.
  • Support the supervisory team in carrying out road inspections.
  • Perform first-level supervisory replacement.
  • Support the training team in developing a weekly training schedule.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, combined with experience in mine site or construction site supervision.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
  • Have a working knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment operation (asset).
