Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced CHPP Maintainer – Electrical to join our dynamic and successful team. Reporting directly to the CHPP Maintenance Supervisor, this multifaceted role will see you performing safe and efficient maintenance of fixed plant assets, supporting CHPP production by maximising plant throughput and minimising downtime. You will assist in delivering cost-effective and reliable performance against maintenance targets, provide accurate work scopes to Maintenance Planners, and demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
To be successful in this role, you are a savvy and resilient character with an electrical trade qualification, hold extensive experience in a similar role and a passion for exceptional service delivery. You will be a team player with the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a dynamic team, by utilising resources to optimise equipment availability. Previous SAP experience will be beneficial.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Providing safe and efficient assistance to operation equipment.

Performing electrical fault finding and diagnostics work at the CHPP.

Inspect, maintain and repair electrical fixed plant in accordance with AS3000 and relevant legislation.

Maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
About You:
-
Relevant trade qualifications.
-
5+ years’ maintenance experience in fixed plant operations.

Demonstrated knowledge of coal processing.

Previous experience in coal handling and processing plants.

Excellent Organisational skills and with the ability to multitask.

Ability to liaise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Show motivation with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.

Have attention to detail and high interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

You will be a team player with the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a dynamic team.
