Artisan (Electrician) – Internal Advert

In this role you will be responsible for:
•    The incumbent will report to the Coordinator Engineering and will be responsible for production targets
•    Compliance with the company’s HSEC system is essential
•    Ensuring implementation of management decision, legal requirements
•    The incumbent will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all the MV reticulation-
infrastructure at the mine, both on surface and underground workings
•    This position will provide support to the mine by ensuring a continuous MV power supply
•    The work covers planned maintenance, breakdowns, and project-related work
•    Compliance to mine standards and procedures and with the MHSA

About you:
•    Relevant Trade Test Certificate 
•    Grade 12 
•    Full N2 Certificate including relevant trade theory
•    Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) / SETA statement of results / Learnership agreement in support of the trade
•    Minimum three years’ experience as an Artisan (Electrician) in a Plant and Mining environment
•    Medical fit for surface and underground
•    Operational Problem Solving and decision making
•    Good communication skills
