We are seeking graduating or recently graduated university students to join our Graduate Program commencing February 2027. About the Role

As a Graduate Mining / Civil Engineer, you will be offered a permanent role within a structured two-year graduate program across both open-cut and underground operations. You will gain exposure to:

• Mining operations, methods, and equipment
• Technical engineering roles and project work
• Operational training reinforced by real-world exposure
• Mentorship from experienced professionals across our mining regions

All of our graduates have the opportunity to work with leaders in their field across the following residential locations:

• Hunter Valley, NSW
• Mudgee, NSW
• Greater Mackay region, QLD
• Greater Emerald region, QLD

Graduate Development

Through the program, you will:

• Develop technical and operational skills across multiple sites
• Gain a deep understanding of mining operations and civil engineering principles
• Receive mentorship and professional guidance from industry leaders
• Participate in a structured Professional Development Program to accelerate leadership potential

About You

You will be:

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Mining / Civil Engineering or similar (completed prior to commencement)
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
