About the Role
As a Graduate IT & IS professional, you will be offered a permanent position within our IT & Information Systems teams, gaining hands-on experience across a range of technical and business support functions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing support to users and maintaining the onsite desktop fleet
• Assisting with IT problem-solving and system improvements
• Analysing business functions to identify opportunities for process or system enhancements
• Supporting the development and implementation of IT solutions to optimise business performance
• Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations
You’ll work closely with over 50 IT & IS professionals, including experts in telecommunication, systems engineering, application development, systems analysis, and IS support, ensuring you learn from industry leaders while contributing to real-world outcomes.

About You
You will be:
• Qualified with a Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
• Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
