Manager Mining (Production)

 In this role you will be responsible for:

• Reporting to the Mine Manager – Western Mines Kroondal,  the incumbent will be responsible for providing a dedicated overall Mining service to Kroondal.
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives
• Have an exceptional commitment towards ensuring that departmental HSEC objectives are met.
• Ensure that production targets are met according to specified standards, policies, and procedures.
• Effective planning of short- and medium-term production activities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Financial expenditure within agreed parameters
• Ensure that materials and supplies are available for production processes.
• Maintaining discipline within agreed parameters, policies, and procedures
• Complying with legal requirements
