SUPERVISOR – LODGING AND HOUSEKEEPING

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Senior Chief- Hotel Services, and working within a multicultural team, you will be at the heart of activities related to the planning and organization of various services related to accommodation and housekeeping. You will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your main duties will be:

  • Planning and managing the workforce required for housekeeping, both in the accommodation complex and in the operations sector.
  • Participating in staff training and integration
  • Promoting and implementing the company's health, safety, and environmental values, by leading meetings and activities related to health and safety.
  • Manage staff work schedules and vacation schedules.
  • Ensure that housekeeping is carried out in accordance with current regulations and established standards.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Holder of a college diploma in a relevant field or high school diploma (DES).
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervision, training, or coaching.
  • Autonomy, planning, work organization and leadership.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingualism is required.
