HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator – Mining Geology, you will have the opportunity to collect, document, and interpret all geological data used to plan the drilling program and develop mineral discovery programs. Your main duties will be to:

  • Prepare drilling logs and participate in their validation
  • Plan and monitor drilling campaigns and sequence optimization
  • Ensure the safe conduct of the drilling campaign
  • Assist in the handling of drill boxes with day laborers at the core library and exploration technicians

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in geology or geological engineering.
  • Member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec or the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft tools and software such as Promine, WellCad, Fusion, Datamine, DHLogger, and Deswik.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
