 Providing end -to -end HR business partnering support to line management and operational leadership;

  • Lead and coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding and placement processes;
  • Facilitate and manage employee relations / industrial relations matters, including disciplinary hearings,

       grievances, incapacity processes, and dispute resolution;

  • Provide expert advice and support to line management on labour legislation, policies, procedures, and

      best HR practices;

  • Facilitate conflict resolution, mediation and workplace climate interventions;
  • Support and coordinate organisation development (OD) initiatives, including workforce planning,

      succession planning, talent management and culture improvement initiatives;

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour legislation, including the LRA, BCEA, EEA and related

      legislation;

  • Manage and oversee all HR administration processes, including benefits administration, medical aid,

      provident fund, employee records and SAP HR data integrity;

  • Compile and analyse weekly and monthly HR reports;
  • Handle employee queries and ensure effective HR service delivery across all levels of the business;
  • Ensure adherence to and implementation of company HR policies, procedures and governance standards
  • NQF 6 or higher qualification in Human Resources Management or related field;

    • Minimum 5 years’ proven HR Generalist experience, preferably in mining, smelting, heavy industry or a

           unionised environment;

    • Demonstrated experience across IR / ER, recruitment, performance management, OD, HR

           administration and conflict resolution;

    • Strong working knowledge of labour legislation, including LRA, BCEA, EEA and related statutory

           requirements;

    • Experience in HR Information Systems (SAP) is essential; and
    • Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
