About the role:  
 
Reporting to the ERP Program Delivery Director, the Manager, ERP Process Integration is responsible for overseeing and integrating all processes and functional area activities across the Enterprise Resource Program (ERP), making complex and highly integrated decisions which optimize for business value, and set the program’s rhythm. Expected team size is approximately 30-40 people and leading +20 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through various cycles.

In this role you will:

  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies  
  • Manage full-time process leads, SMEs and sub-process leads and SMEs 
  • Manage complex decision making across multiple processes and functions, working directly with Directors and Vice Presidents to drive resolution in the Design Authority (key decision-making body at the Director level) 
  • Support the Program Director with steering decisions to the EVR LT (VP level) and ERP steering committee (CFO, VP+); key role in guiding and drafting strategic decisions to ensure business outcomes are met 
  • Direct and collaborate with enterprise architects and consultants on solution architecture, ensuring that program decisions align to pre-defined architectural principles 
  • Collaborate with PMO, change management, consultants, other EVR and Glencore constituents (e.g., IT), and partner systems (i.e., external-facing interfaces) on program or people impacts 
  • Collaborate with ERP leadership team and existing EVR leadership teams to translate the design of legacy EVR processes, data, and logic into target Glencore-centric processes, data, and logic 
  • Lead and participate in the business readiness activities to support process and system adoption; activities could include: training, knowledge transfer, role assignments etc. 
  • Lead the process leads to support the overall program plan and contribute to the overall phases like Discover and Prepare or Ramp Up, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, engineering, natural sciences, information technology, or relevant field  
  • 10+ years of practical experience in large scale programs, consulting, or product management, ideally within the Mining sector 
  • Extensive experience in business process design  
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent 
  • ERP transformation advocate - well-versed in ERP program methodologies and use their expertise to strategically tackle difficult challenges 
  • Proven experience managing large-scale BU or IT projects across process or functional areas, specifically complex problems and situations to a resolution 
  • Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or hybrid-agile setting is an asset 
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
