In this role you will be responsible for:

Ensuring road trucks and rail wagons are loaded according to the final product requirements
Performing physical quality inspections on final product material
Preparing materials as per loading instructions and as per customer specifications
Supervision of the internal transporters on final product weighbridge pad and siding areas
Ensuring sampling of material is done as per ISO Ferroalloys standards.
Overseeing the receiving, acceptance and identification of material from the respective production departments
Complying to all relevant procedures, works instructions and risk assessments

About you:

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Computer literate for the role including MES knowledge and SCADA.
Have knowledge and experience of the dispatch and logistics environment.
2 years’ experience in a Ferrochrome Final Product environment with a sound knowledge of FeCr receiving, identification, crushing, weighing and sampling.
Good communication skills and supervisory skills would be advantageous.
Good knowledge of the HSECQ system.
